Winph444 Terms and Conditions for PH Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and Winph444 ("the Company," "we," "us"). 3. Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Winph444 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, Winph444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any winnings generated.

Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any false information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

KYC Verification

Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in situations including but not limited to: event cancellation, game abandonment, proven match-fixing or integrity issues, technical failures, or incorrect market information. Voided bets are returned as stake to the player's account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued in Philippine Peso (₱) and credited to your bonus balance or main account balance as specified in the promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Winph444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: platform downtime or technical failures beyond our reasonable control; internet connectivity issues on the player's side; errors in third-party payment processing; or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Winph444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Suspension and Termination

Winph444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — instances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires it.
• The player's identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

Upon account closure for a breach of Terms, Winph444 may withhold some or all funds pending investigation. If no breach is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player via their last registered payment method.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures will see remaining balances returned after the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and pending verifications.
